Refunds

Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and will only be approved if a product is deemed defective.

Clear photo evidence of the defect

Once reviewed, we will notify you of the outcome.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. At the time of purchase, it was a great idea — so go ahead and enjoy the benefits of SOAK IT UP.

Product Disclaimer

As our products are handmade salt soaks blended with essential oils, you may notice the salts firming or hardening over time. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product — only its appearance.

Hardening may also occur if the airtight seal is broken or exposed to moisture.
